KJ Detailing LLC offers mobile vehicle detailing services in designated service areas. Packages and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Booking & Payment

Appointments are booked via Appointly. Payment is due upon completion unless prepaid. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Square, or check. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is no cancellation or no-show fee at this time.

5. Photos, Videos, and Testimonials

By booking our services, you agree that KJ Detailing may take photos or videos of your vehicle for quality documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not want media used, please notify us at the time of booking.

6. Disclaimer of LiabilityWe are not liable for damage to your vehicle resulting from: - Pre-existing conditions - Loose accessories or fragile components - Electrical or mechanical malfunctions discovered during cleaning

9. Ceramic Coating Disclosure

Ceramic coating services are available as an add-on and involve the application of advanced protective products to your vehicle’s surfaces. KJ Detailing is not liable for coating failure due to improper aftercare, environmental factors, or failure to follow our provided instructions. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, and exposure. All ceramic coating services are final and non-refundable.

Client Service Agreement

1. Service Authorization

By booking or confirming this service, you (“Client”) authorize KJ Detailing LLC to perform mobile vehicle detailing services on your property or vehicle. You confirm you are the vehicle owner or have permission from the owner to authorize this work.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

KJ Detailing stands by its Satisfaction Promise: If you are not satisfied with the results of your detail, we will return and fix the issue within 48 hours at no additional cost. No refunds are offered. Ceramic coating performance cannot be guaranteed beyond initial visual quality due to variable care and environmental conditions. Our Satisfaction Promise applies to application issues (e.g., streaking, missed areas), not long-term durability or maintenance.

3. Liability Disclaimer

KJ Detailing LLC is not liable for: - Pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, rock chips, or rust - Clear coat failure or paint oxidation - Stains that cannot be removed due to fabric/material condition -Damage resulting from worn trim, emblems, seals, or loose accessories - Electrical malfunctions from pre-existing conditions - Items left inside the vehicle We do not remove seats or vehicle components beyond floor mats. Client acknowledges that detailing work may reveal previously hidden imperfections or paint/body issues not visible before cleaning. For ceramic coating services, the Client understands that results are influenced by multiple factors including surface condition, weather, and adherence to aftercare instructions. KJ Detailing is not responsible for premature degradation due to improper maintenance, washing techniques, or environmental exposure. All coatings are applied by trained personnel following manufacturer specifications, and no warranty is implied unless provided in writing.

4. Access & Safety

Client agrees to: - Provide access to the vehicle and sufficient working space - Ensure vehicle is parked in a safe and legal location - Notify the Company of any special concerns or existing damage before the service

5. Media Consent

Client grants blanket permission to KJ Detailing LLC to photograph or film the vehicle before, during, and after service, including audio/video of verbal interactions for use in: - Marketing (website, social media, ads) - Portfolio or training purposes If consent is not given, KJ Detailing agrees to blur any visible license plates or faces in posted media. Media will be stored securely on the Company’s private phone/cloud storage.

6. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. There is no cancellation fee or no-show penalty.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By confirming your appointment (in writing, by phone, or online), you acknowledge you have read and agreed to this Service Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Media Consent.

FAQs

How do I book an appointment?

Simply choose your service, click the “Book Now” button, and select a time that works for you!

How long does a detail take?

Depending on the package, detailing can take anywhere from 2 to 5+ hours. Platinum details require extra time for perfection.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?

If bad weather prevents us from working, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra charge.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Simply call or email us to change your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Do you remove stains and odors?

Yes! Our Signature & Platinum packages include full carpet shampooing for stain and odor removal.

Do you charge extra for oversized vehicles?

An additional $50 fee applies to vehicles with three rows or a truck bed due to the extra time and materials required.
